Anderton SOM is run by John Anderton, John is a fully qualified, DSA registered driving instructor with an excellent first time pass rate, John has been involved in driver training for many years, he's passion for road safety has lead him to hold the position of Chairman of the Wigan Institute of Advanced Motorists, during which he gained all 3 advanced licences, (car,bike & commercial vehicle). Johns key method of training is first and foremost to ensure that the pupil enjoys the lesson, this is combined with a coaching style of training which encourages the pupils to think through there actions rather than just being instructed.
