License plate is one type of motor vehicle identification. License plates also called the vehicle number plates, or in the United States known as the license plates (license plate). The shape of pieces of metal or plastic plate attached to the motor vehicle as an official identification. Usually a pair of license plate numbers, to be installed in the front and back of the vehicle. But there is a particular jurisdiction or a particular type of vehicle that only needs one license plate, usually to be installed in the rear. License plates have the serial number of the order of letters and numbers are reserved for these vehicles. This number is in Indonesia called the police number, and usually combined with other information about the vehicle in question, such as color, brand, model, year of manufacture, vehicle identification number or VIN and of course the name and address pemilikinya.
