In response to the need to raise the standards generally of drivers in the UK, I am campaigning for the introduction of mandatory refresher training for all UK licence holders, to be carried out every 10 years, in line with the reissue of the photocard licence. I have a Facebook group, entitled UK Drivers Need Regular Refresher Training, which currently has just over 700 members…we need more debate and support…can you help.
