Aug / Sept 2011 – Many tweaks and alterations to DSD have been done this month including a transfer to a Dedicated server. Many of the ‘tweaks’ and improvements are in the back-end / operational speed and hopefully you will appreciate the speed of the website. As usual, any bugs, do pleae let us know.

Have you noticed the ‘bar codes’ on the Featured Listings? These are QR (Quick Response) codes and enable people with smartphones with a suitable App (most teenagers will have this) to scan and your phone number or pre-worded text message is cued up right on their phone for them to simply hit their dial/send key. It just got a lot easier for potential pupils to contact you. There is now also a QR code on the Pupil Review Cards to make your reviews easier to obtain.
